75min turbo Interval / Swim 2, 000 / 60min Turbo Interval / Swim 2, 250m

**

W/C 3rd December 2012:

Run 2 mile / Swim 3, 000m / 75min Turbo Interval / Swim 3, 000m / 75min Turbo Build / Swim 3, 750m

Run 4 mile / Ill for rest of week

W/C 19th November 2012:

Run 3 mile / Swim 3, 000m / 75min Turbo Interval / Swim 3, 000m Interval / Run 3 mile / Cycle 5hr 40min – 72 mile

Run 3 mile / Swim 1, 500m / Turbo Interval & 3 mile Run Brick / Swim 1, 500m / Cycle 2hr – 29 mile
