Rest (work, knackered!) / Rest (work and called upon as emergency baby sitter. Not a good start to the week) / Swim 3, 000m /  Turbo 60mins / Tempo Run FAIL 4.5m / Tempo Run Revisited 8m am & Swim 2, 000m lunch / Turbo 45mins (bail out – just write off this week, pathetic)
